Shipping Policy

At ZpillSafe®, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and clear communication throughout the delivery process.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.zpillsafe.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping charges will be displayed before order completion.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier availability

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. International Shipping

At this time, ZpillSafe® does not offer international shipping.

We reserve the right to expand shipping destinations in the future.

5. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Address changes may be requested before an order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

6. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We can ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

using USPS services where available.

7. Out-of-Stock Products

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss available options, including:

  • Waiting for restock

  • Partial shipment

  • Replacement product

  • Refund

8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

9. Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Peak holiday periods

  • Other events outside our control

ZpillSafe® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photos.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

11. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or indicates a lost shipment, please contact us.

We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Refunds or replacements may be issued once the carrier confirms the package has been lost.

12. Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with household members and neighbors.

  • Verify the shipping address.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility.

14. Shipping Insurance

Where shipping insurance is provided by the carrier, claims for lost or damaged packages will be handled according to carrier procedures.

Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Refund

  • Store credit

at our discretion and subject to carrier approval.

15. Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected where required by law.
