At ZpillSafe®, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Not show signs of misuse, modification, or excessive wear
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, products that have been used, altered, damaged, or improperly cleaned may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, PH Plasticos Hoyos and ZpillSafe® are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the carrier and notify us if assistance is needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
